Cookies, mobile SDKs and your choices.
This Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy (Policy) explains the cookies and similar technologies (including browser storage and mobile device identifiers) used across the My Offshore App website and mobile app, and how you can control them. In this Policy, “My Offshore App Ltd”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Offshore App Ltd. This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that a website stores on your browser or device. Similar technologies — such as browser local/session storage and mobile software development kits (SDKs) — can store or read information on your device in comparable ways. Where we use any of these, we describe them below.
We have deliberately built My Offshore App to use as little tracking technology as possible:
Because of this, the only technologies we rely on are either strictly necessary for a feature you have asked for, or are cookieless. The table in section 4 lists them in full.

Our website. Our website is a static information site and sets no cookies. If you sign in to a partner portal (training centre, recruiter or company) on the website, we store a short-lived sign-in token in your browser’s session storage so you stay signed in while you use the portal. This is strictly necessary for the sign-in you have requested, is cleared when you close the tab or sign out, and is not used for tracking or advertising.
Our app. Our app does not use advertising cookies or cross-app tracking, and we do not use any third-party attribution SDK. It uses the following:

All of the above are either strictly necessary or cookieless. We do not use targeting or advertising cookies, and we do not share your data with advertising networks.
Because our website sets no cookies and our app uses only strictly-necessary or cookieless technologies, we do not currently need to show a cookie consent banner. Push notifications and (on iOS) any device-level tracking are controlled through your operating system’s own permission prompts, which you can change at any time in your device settings. If in future we introduce any technology that requires it, we will ask for your consent first and, where applicable, implement Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
You can manage app permissions (including notifications and location) in your device settings, and clear browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may stop parts of the Platform working. You can review and change the consent choices you have given us at any time in the app’s privacy settings.
We will update this Policy as our technologies change and post the revised version with a new date. This Policy was last updated on 2 September 2026.
